African Community Family Services assists people who are affected by addiction and mental illness, as well as their families and neighborhoods. We provide culturally relevant chemical and mental health services that affect family preservation and foster community-based change and wellbeing in the African American community from a holistic perspective.
African Community Family Services is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that is licensed to provide outpatient chemical dependency care to adults, adolescents, members with children, and members with chemical dependence or dependency and mental health problems under Minnesota Rule 31.
